  • Seriously the worst customer service. They do a good job with the cleaning but IMO the crappy customer service trumps the cleaning service. Dropped off a suit for my husband with an older white lady I believe to be a manager, at 8am on a weekday; the sign says if dropped off before 9am, it can be done by 6pm. We were leaving for a trip to Cali the next morning and needed the suit. Came back at 6:30pm and it wasn't done. The lady basically called me a liar saying I probably dropped it off late. There was no apology or even an explanation. Second story- I picked up on Sunday at 4:02pm; doors unlocked, and I didn't realize they closed at 4:00 (my bad). younger black lady was PISSED I was in there. She snapped "unless you are here to pick up I can't help you" to the gentleman in front of me. Then she answered a personal call and said "Sorry babe, I am still working even though we are supposed be closed and I should be on my way home". I walked out. I wasn't going to deal with her; my husband knew EXACTLY who I was referring to when I said the lady was rude and he said she is always rude. I am NEVER greeted kindly when I walk in to pick up or drop off. This place obviously doesn't train it's staff in appropriate customer service. We've only been going here less than 6 months. After Sunday's experience we will NOT be going back.
