  • This place is a hit or a miss depending on what you're looking for and the service. They have a wide variety of pieces to pick and love. I came here to try and get a gold chain fixed. I called ahead and ask if they did repairs in house (assuming i can wait as they do it and leave the same day) and they said yes. WRONG. I dropped my chain on Friday and was told to expect and email that would tell me the cost before the repair could be done. Ahhh, but whatever. So I left my chain and got an email back on Sunday at 11:30 PM after being told 24 hours. But hey, it's the weekend so I can see why it took so long. Anyways the cost to fix my chain was 1/3 the cost of the total chain value. My other option as I was told was to get a different stronger chain. Hmm, no thank you. I got this chain as I gift and I wanted to keep it as I got it as much as possible. Anyways, the people at the store were nice and friendly. Just a wee bit misleading. I would go here to maybe look at pieces but probably not go to get anything fixed. That's just me though. I think I'll stick with my regular.
