| - I went to Body Flo Solutions, after I came to Phoenix on vacation, and was SO miserable with Snails Pace Colon Motility. This has been a life long problem for me & escalates every time I had Narcotics for pain via IV, surgery or Vitamin Supplements. Not 1 of my Doctors,at home, recognized that my increasing Vitamin D was slowing down my intestines and a Boatload of Narcotics,with a Kidney Stone, May 2015 really messed me up bad and I could not recover as I also have GASTROPARESIS .. Delayed Stomach Emptying. The lady who did our pedicures at R Salon Phoenix told my about Colon Hydrotherapy so I found a 5* rated place... And made an Appointment for the same day.
I had 3 treatments...3 days in a row. I wasn't going to do a treatment every day but BF recommended it as I was hydrating my severely dehydrated colon/body. People with GASTROPARESIS cannot drink enough to stay hydrated & we cannot consume raw veggies/fruits or have a lot of fiber to help keep moving waste along. I had 2 different ladies. The 1st day the same and the 2nd & 3rd days a different lady helping me.
The 1st lady,the 1st day, didn't tell me the right place to look to see all the junk I was getting rid of . What did I know? She pointed to a small hose on the wall next to the water controls? I kept thinking ... How is anything going to go through that small hose??? But I was quite nervous and a bit scared of doing this treatment. So I tried not to look. By the 3rd day ... Looking at the same spot... I thought "this is not helping me" until I just happened to look to my left.. On the floor.. And saw 2 large tubes with gross stuff in them.. Is that coming out of me? Yes.. Sure was...... IF I would have known where to LOOK from the beginning... I would have seen that my Colon was getting cleaned out and it would have saved me a trip & the expense of going to Mayo Clinic Hospital the next day, to get an X-Ray, on my Abdomen because I still didn't feel good at all. Oh Yes.. Was I cleaned out. I was having a lot of gas! After Effects.
After the 3rd treatment I found out that what I was looking at for nearly 3 days was the Sprayer Hose for the the Sprayer that is used to clean the units in between customers. Nice. Not really More aggravating & frustrating for me as had I known? I wouldn't have spent half of a day on my vacation sitting in an ER;-(;-(. I know just a mistake.Now I know better!
Overall it was a great experience and will be adding it to my list of treatments to use that actually DOES work for my Health Challenges. Where I live there are very few places that do this so I may have to go into Chicago for a reputable 5* place. It makes logical sense to me. If you cannot drink enough to stay hydrated and keep your motility at a normal pace like a normal person? Hydrate from the other end. You would NOT believe how backed up I was and how lousy I have felt for months & months. I actually took some pictures on the 1st day after I stood up after my treatment & whoosh... Ugly nasty liquid went everywhere to show my Doctors. What the Hell is this? NOTHING HELPED ME FOR MONTHS & MONTHS but 3 Hydrotherapy treatments sure did . I only rated 4 stars because of the "where to look problem".. Otherwise very nice understanding people work at BodyFlo....
