  • My air conditioning stopped blowing cold this past Saturday. After a bunch of going back and forth with my uncooperative landlord, Sterling finally made it out yesterday and today to fix the issue. I just want to thank Kendra for being so understanding and trying to get someone out as soon as possible. I have 3 kids in my home and being without AC is pretty unbearable. I also want to thank Joel for being extra kind and informative. He saved the day and got my AC fixed within a couple of hours. I am not currently a homeowner, but when that day comes, I will definitely use Sterling.
