rev:text	Disappointing overall from beginning to end. Bignon's just did NOT deliver. From Siri g in the chair waiting for them to begin, 1 hr+ to three hours quoted to six hours to actually finish (not including the initial hour I waited) to the style not anything like what was represented.... when I compared the pic to the work they had done, I asked what were we going to do to resolve it... I refused to pay the $200... the woman started yelling at me, which I told informed him that was not going to happen and proceeded to leave out... another girl ran to the door to block me in and they all begin yelling g I. Their native tongue, I asked they call CMPD or whatever needed to be done. Spoke to owner/mgr over phone and Ended up paying for the shampoo, hair used, they took down the braids. Of course in between all this they wanted to know what would I be willing to pay.... duh that was what I was trying to negotiate when I asked what kind of resolution we could come to.... they would have come out better that way had they agreed to take something off the bill and I would have been out of more money and the task of taking it out before the weekend (I would NOT wear that style out in public) but While I lost my time and a couple of dollars, that will be my LAST time entering that establishment and they've lost time, money and my respect!
