  • My review is long over due, but I have to review this place because the food was so phenomenal. My boyfriend took me here for my birthday (March 1st) and we did Omakase - which means "trust the chef". They basically send out whatever dishes they feel like. It is quite pricey, but it's a TON of food and the quality was incredible. Each individual dish is small but you fill up fast. The first round was fish. The first dish we got was butterfish... The fish literally melted in your mouth, it was so good. We also had two different oyster dishes (I never get to eat oysters and these were awesome), scallops, and the freshest sashimi I've ever eaten. I literally still dream about that sashimi, it completely blew my mind. Then we had meat - some nice pork belly bites, bone marrow (yum!), and super high quality beef. Our server said the beef (wagu? Wagoo?) was the best quality they had ever served. It was thin and juicy and included 3 unique dipping salts. The dessert was awesome as well. Hard to describe, but I will include a picture. It had lots of fresh fruit, 2 different sorbets and ice cream. The waiter also gave us a complimentary blondie for my birthday! This was honestly the best meal I've ever had. Every dish was extremely fresh and presented beautifully, and the servers described each one in detail. I highly recommend doing Omakase, you won't regret it!
