I flip homes and was in the market to find another countertop fabricator/installer, as my usual go-to-company was extremely busy and could not do the work in the time frame I needed, so I asked around and Countertop Creations were referred to me.
Here is a list of issues I had with them:
* They required 50% deposit just to schedule a field measure.
* They required the job to be Paid In Full before scheduling the install... ensuring you that if you are dissatisfied they will fix the problem.
* They took my sinks to cut the templates and when they returned them, they installed them in place, drilling the faucet holes to close and overlapping the sink below the counter. My faucets could not be installed.
* I purchased the granite slabs myself and asked a dozen times that any large remnants were to be returned to me for another job in the future. They assured me they would do this, even the installer had said there were two big pieces left and they were never returned to me. They told me they couldn't locate them and they would call me back later that day and never returned any of my calls or emails after that.
* They refused to fix the problem with the faucet holes being drilled in the wrong position. They said that the countertop would have to be redone and never heard from them again.
* The seams were uneven and rough to the touch.
I'm not sure what else to say but DO NOT ever use them... unless you want poor quality work done wrong.
