  • These are awful people. They stalk parking lots and tow cars. A guy picking up his car at the same time got towed and he was parked in the correct lot. Also, they ignore the State of Ohio sales tax rates. I calculated what I owed based on the posted signs, including tax. When I tried to pay with exact change, they told me I owed more than because of sales tax. They refused to release my car until I paid the additional amount.
