| - I believe this location is excellent for first time users, but seems not to appreciated return customers, quite as much. I dropped my Cadillac CTS off last Thursday evening, for a failing transmission, and it seemed all was well. Jason did the initial intake, I made my choice known, explained my range. I was told he would follow up on Friday (7/8/16). No contact from any rep, until I initiated a call Saturday (7/9/16) afternoon, once I realized my car keys were still in my purse!! How could they be working on my car, without even noticing that I had inadvertently taken my keys home?? This is my third, worst, and last experience with this company. I was told my ticket had been placed on hold, I stated I still had my keys, and zero calls for the rest of the weekend. I called again Monday at 6:45pm, just to be told that no updates were available, but they would send someone to pick up my keys in the morning. I cancelled all of my meetings through Wednesday, since I am a business owner and travel throughout the Valley. No car, no timeline of said car, no meetings. I called Chris at 6:45am this morning (7/12/16), and he was nonplussed by the lack of follow up, and I said my keys would be under the mat. Received a call from Jason this afternoon, and he spent the entire almost 20 minutes arguing with me that we had a conversation on Friday that never happened! Instead of taking the high road and accepting professional responsibility for a series of simple mistakes, he attempted to manipulate my memory and went from telling me to pick up my keys (not sure how that would happen when they have both my car and keys) to quoting me a price for work. I had it towed to AAMCO, who gave me a: firm price, definite timeframe for completion of work, and respectful courteous customer interaction. All within 10 minutes. I then downloaded my Verizon bill, and there was ZERO calls incoming/outgoing/voicemail from Kerry's Car Care on Friday (7/9/16), just as I explained to them. Disgraceful and insulting to my intelligence. As a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes can happen, but I take full accountability with my clients and ask what I can do to make it better. Not the practice at this location. FYI-If anyone needs transmission work, Jason stated that they always have higher prices than AAMCO. Very unfortunate experience, since it is a super convenient location. Not worth the stress and back and forth. Was not taken seriously with my extremely negative experience and complaints to Chris or Jason. Very disappointing.
