  • This place is definitely not the place I signed up with. Every time I go there, there is some issue, and usually each person I talk to has a different solution. There is a revolving door of managers and asst. managers that I can only assume were pulled straight out of high school, as in before they even finished. They have no issue with changing policies on a whim and leaving you to deal with it. What a way to run a business Massage Envy!
