  • Unlike my recent experience at Holika Holika, The Face Shop has actually won me over with their service. When I'm looking at products, the sales associate simply gives me useful info on the product and then backs off and gives me space. I was looking for a night serum and the sales associate was wise enough to ask me my skin type first, and then did a really good job at recommending me a product that I love so far. (I got the E'tym essence which is really moisturizing, smells really nice, and is paraben free!) I also like that they give you free samples that correspond to your skin type and your purchase. They also have a point card thing, which I am really excited to use on my next purchase!
