  • I'm leaving one star as the check in was great and the room is good. However, nothing else has been pleasing. We came to the pool after checking in from our same day flight. We saw the pool chairs were taken so we opted to purchase a cabana to avoid waiting. There was a waitress that we asked if we could use two of the chairs out of the cabana, she told us "no, it would be $99 for the entire cabana with the service, water and fruit". We agreed. She took our drink orders and delivered maybe 15min later. We have now been in our cabana for an hour and she has yet to return to get us new drinks, or deliver water or fruit. I went to the bar to order additional drinks and waited their for about 10min. Multiple people at this point have taken chairs from the cabanas and have been using them "for free" right next to us. It's disappointing and basically a rip off! We are already paying almost $500 a night for our room so you would figure service would be awesome. We will be complaining to Management for sure!
