  • The trick is to get here early! I got here at 7:30, right when they opened and was in and out in less than 5 minutes!! The girl that helped me was very pleasant, I was surprised since it was 7:30 in the morning and it was the MVD!!!!! She was super helpful- here was my situation: Paid for my plate renewal online but they never arrived. The first person I encounter asked me if I had called the online service center......what???? Aren't all MVD office connected????? She told me, well kind of but if you paid the online division you should call them. REALLY???? I asked if she could just please give me a number so I could just see what address they went to......thankfully the next person redeemed the MVD! She got me my tags and I was out the door!! Thank you window #4!!!!!!
