  • While in the process of buying a new Toyota car, I was quite surprised to see how many sale people they employed at both Centennial Toyota and Findlay Toyota. However, there was a big difference between the two dealerships. At Centennial Toyota, most of the sale people were just standing out in the lot waiting for customers and there weren't that many customers when I was there. At Findlay Toyota, most of the sale people were actually with customers because there were a lot of customers. Once I got a chance to deal with their sale people, I understood why. The two sale gentlemen I dealt with (Tai and Cong) were so nice and professional. They treated me with courtesy and respect and were able to work with me to reach a price that both sides were happy with. The finance person (Alex) was wonderful and got the paperwork done quickly. I highly recommend Tai and Cong and will definitely be back here for future car purchase.
