  • Terrible service. Ordered a heat shield and cover for a patio heather on Jan 12, 2016. Nothing arrived by Feb...had to call company and be told that cover was not available and that they would hold heat shield under cover arrived. Called again in March...cover still not available, but shield shipped separately. Called again in on May 9th...had one person tell me that they would never get the cover I ordered and another person tell me that they were coming, but not until July. Got a refund and will order somewhere else.
