  • The worst mortgage company I've ever dealt with, do NOT work with Thomas Frank or Michel Storey. Lied over 10+ times stating they would close the loan. Day came to close and come to find out they hadn't even ordered the appraisal or started underwriting. They had 8 months to get this done as well. These people are completely incompetent. Another mortgage company was able to approve and fund within 10 days after these people did nothing.
