I'd give them no stars if I could. We used this Pedi for almost a year and had very very long wait times every appt (and we went often at different times of day w a newborn and toddler so lots of appts) The Dr hurt my child by trying to pop a blister w her fingers that had a thick callus over it on her thumb, it was obvious to even the asst that she needed to use a needle and to protect her job I won't post what she said after the incident about the Dr. I don't think I will ever be able to get my daughter's screams out of my head when I think of what she did to her, it was so awful. The front office staff is nice and remembered us but that's where the good ends and the bad begins. Worst bedside manner ever. I was an experienced mom so I didn't mind that she was pretty useless w info until we really needed medical assistance. Ugh. Awful. Her family runs the business and runs it very poorly. After switching to her from another Pedi, it had me discouraged to find a better Pedi, looks like 3rd time is a charm because we have finally found a really great practice elsewhere.
