  • Baker solar is good up until the installation is complete then it's very hard to reach someone with questions. I know they are real busy now trying to get solar to as many as possible before APS closes the door, but it's still frustrating. I found it's better to call the sales company Zoetic NRG first then they will get a response from Baker for you pretty fast. Once I do reach someone with Baker it's always a great experience. By the way when I get a call back it's usually the owners of the company not employees which I find refreshing.
