CPK has never been a restaurant that gives you a "WOW" factor. Instead, it's a typical chain restaurant offering mediocre food. This visit was no different.
Caesar salad was average. My Roasted Garlic Chicken pizza was average (would've preferred a little more chicken and scallions, but the garlic was just right). Our waitress was attentive without hovering, polite and friendly without being robotic. The sangria flight was actually very tasty and had a bit of a kick. And 3-ounce pours was actually larger than I thought they'd be.
Patio seating: DON'T do it. Although it is nice to sit outside on a cool Sunday evening to eat dinner with your loved one, the constant sound of planes overhead on approach to McCarran is a bit of a mood killer. I guess you don't realize the close proximity that Town Center is to the airport until you have to yell across the table.
