Terrible customer service! I ordered a POD for moving and it was delivered within a few days but when it came to schedule a pick up it has been a total nightmare! I called on a Thursday to have it removed/picked up the following Tuesday and was told it can not be picked up until Saturday. We close on our home and can not have personal property left on site. I called THREE times to try escalate and have date moved up and their "system" has been down all day. Customer service just laughed and said the day has been terrible- sorry! Last call I sat on hold for an hour and the recording said to schedule your move 24 hours in advance- get it together PODS. So far your service has been anything but great. 4/2 update: they called and said to schedule pick up at least seven days in advance. They can not pick up until 4/12- PODS calculator is broken when it comes to counting days! You suck!
