  • Worst property management company ever!! It's funny only real estate agents reviews are on Facebook. Don Blitzer does not return phone calls, they take forever to repair anything! Not to mention find excuses to not fix things. I was a tenant for 2 years, when we left the home it was cleaner then when we moved in. During our walk through Don thanked my husband for keeping the place so clean as well as the yard, and said he didn't see anything over the $250 pet deposit. After our walk through Don and the owner Wayne Freeland came up with $1250 worth of damages. After many emails and calls to the designated broker Maggie Smith we finally received almost half of our deposit. It seems like this is a game this property manager company plays. The owners of the homes are allowed to lie and cheat tenants until the tenants prove that the owners are lying. If you are thinking about renting from or already are make sure you take as many pictures as possible!! Cover your butt, because they make their money off keeping deposits rather then being honest and getting referrals from happy tenants. Shameful business practices!!
