Honest and candid feedback in hopes of bettering customer service:
This location was staffed with two tellers this afternoon around 2pm. When I first walked in I was third in line. As I continued to wait the line began to grow. I waited patiently but I could hear the grumbling and sighs of the other customers, some in a rush, others growing inpatient.
When it was my turn and the teller called me up, she apologized for the wait and was very friendly. I completed my transaction and left.
A teller or two more would have helped to provide prompt customer service, reducing the wait in that dreaded bank line.
