  • If I could give this a negative star I absolutely would. This is the worst, absolute worst store, with the worst employees, the worst manager, and the worst customer service policy. I purchased a chaise lounge here. I paid for it and they told me how many days I had to pick up. I came the next day at 6:30 to pick up the lounge and was told that no one was in the back to allow me to take it. I had previously been told that pick up was until 7pm. I asked to carry it out the main doors and was told no. I sent a relative to pick it up with my receipt the following day. They were given the WRONG PIECE of FURNITURE. I called immediately when I got home and they said they couldn't find my chaise lounge so they gave me something similar. But they gave me an ottoman! They never told my relative who was picking it up it was the wrong product! Not even the same color, fabric or type of furniture! It's insane. I told them to pick up the ottoman and give me my lounger. They said they'd look for it. I've had to call them daily asking for updates. They refused to refund my money, pick up the ottoman, or deliver my chaise lounge. I've gone in person to speak with the manager who told me I would need to bring the ottoman back before they would give me the piece of furniture I bought. I checked the price for the ottoman and it was less than what I paid for my lounge. I asked for a complete refund and was told no. They told me the delivery service would contact me about pick up but that NEVER happened. It was a different story each time I talked to anyone at the store, I never saw my chaise lounge after the day I purchased it, and I suspect whoever bought this hideous cheap ottoman got my lounge and got a steal so they didn't bother to correct the mistake. I will tell anyone I talk to they should never shop at this store.
