  • Just got back from dinner at Rooster's. While I have had their lunch several times, this was my first time having their dinner. It did not disappoint! I had the Caesar salad and bowl of tomato soup. My boyfriend had the steak burger with butter beans. Everything was delicious. We ended the night with the coconut cake. My boyfriend doesn't even like coconut and even he loved it. It's worth it to visit just for the cake! The service is good here. I like that they take their time. But I could see how some people feel it is on the slow side. There was no need to make a reservation when we went- we walked in on a Monday night and were seated immediately! Ambiance is good, but the birds aren't for everyone! Overall great experience.
