  • Went to Jimmy's Car Wash in Monroe today and the price went from $5.00 to $7.00 plus tax. Car wash was fine but went to vacuum out my car and pulled into a bay and neither vacuum on either side was working. Pulled out of that bay and into another one and only one vacuum was working. They really need to check these vacuums daily. The trash containers were so full that you could not get another item in the containers. Did this car wash get new management?? If so, they are not doing a good job, and if not, they are still not doing a good job keeping up with trash and vacuums. If I go there again and the same things are happening, I will expect a refund or a couple of free car washes. Just say'in!! Ms. Bogan, Monroe, NC
