  • Went to this store today and went through the worst customer service experience in my whole life. A "store branch manager" named Ty had no intention of helping out a loyal customer and continued to treat me as if I was incompetent. Then he very arrogantly told me that he "keeps customers happy everyday". I guess it doesn't matter to them that they lost one today.
