  • Zupas offers a range of sandwiches, salads and soups and definitely puts Paradise Bakery to shame and is a welcome addition in the fast/casual category. It is located "kitty-corner".... do people still use that phrase? ... across the parking lot from Chipotle the food was quick, fresh and tasty. I had a combo of lobster bisque soup and Cobb salad ($8.95) with a piece of bread and a chocolate dipped strawberry.. Of course one could ask, who serves lobster bisque in the middle of the desert, but they had quite a range of fresh soup. I would say the knock on the bisque is that it was too salty and if I came back I would try the wild mushroom soup instead.
