  • HORRIBLE!!! I would love to give negative stars. I was currently laid off from work and I went into cancel my membership. I was told that I was still obligated to pay another month and a $10 cancelation fee. I was never told that there was a cancelation fee snd I paid my first AND LAST month when I started and they had just charged my account for the current month! I was astounded. They definitely do not care about you and are SO RUDE! I am so upset that I will tell the world to boycott this place. Please do not go here! They make you keep your bank account information on file so you can't even cut them off! Horrible leeches! Again I cannot say enough about how terrible they are!
