  • Tommy K has some serious implementation issues that need to be addressed. First off is the prohibitive cost of at least $10.00 per child which would be fine if they provided a clean playing area. The floors at opening today were littered with garbage, snack wrappers and a floor that hasn't been vacuumed in a week. The equipment is showing some wear and doesn't look like it sees cleaning or active maintenance. There are lots of indifferent staff who are interested in charging you extra for overpriced snacks that you can't bring in yourself. By the way, there are no in and out privileges which make buying drinks and snacks there a necessity. I really like this concept however with the current state of affairs, feel the admission price is not justified. If you are satisfied with mediocrity, and like to overpay, this is the place for you and your kids.
