  • I recently had my hair colored and cut at this salon. I'm giving it a 3.5 star because I had called this salon to get a specific color by a specific brand. I was told they had the color and brand so I made an appointment. When I showed up they had been mistaken about the specific color. Fortunately, the person who colored my hair knew what she was doing and was able to mix a color very close to what I wanted. It was very pricey for a cut and color at this salon. My fault however, it's in Scottsdale so I should have known better. However I felt the price was very steep for a simple trim/cut on my short hair and one process color...without tip $120.00!
