  • I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Heather at the Gilbert Pet Club. Not only was her customer service skills great. Very friendly and helpful, but she was so knowledgeable about the different types of products. I always shop here and get great service, but this day was different , my 11 yr old cat had been throwing up after eating her old food, I wanted to try changing her food but was leary because of her age. After discussing with Heather my options, she gave a recommendation and OOMMMG my cat is doing fantastic. This girl knows her stuff. I am truly grateful, thank you Heather!!!!!!
