  • Sarah was exceptional - not only with me and my problem (software update won't allow Amazon Instant Video) but with every person that came in during the time I was there (I was waiting for a friend who was at another store). She was patient, thorough and helpful to each client she dealt with - looking them in the eye, making sure they understood their options & solutions. I was really impressed, which is not easy to do.
