| - I use to think I had found a hidden gem, with 1.95 a garment, such a steal! How could they do that when all the other dry cleaners were costing 3.95+?
Well, it's become very apparent how they do that. They don't clean your clothes.
I always prepay for my clothes, well, this last time I got screwed. When I picked up my clothes they hadn't even washed one of my shirts. I asked why it was still dirty, they said "we tried our best" well my sleeves still had crease marks from when I had rolled them up. That tells me they hadn't even run it through a washer or steamer. I pointed it out and the worker simply said, "I can try again." What?! You hadnt even tried in the first place.
Also, my collars of my shirts are never pressed, I again pointed this out and she said "we don't press collars." WHAT? What kind of dry cleaning place doesn't press collars?
Everything is sent out to an unknown location and delivered back (sometimes) by the time written on your receipt. I've had 2 separate times that I arrived when they said my clothes would be done...guess what: it's not there. The works come across as very uncaring. Their response, "I don't know where your clothes are, they guy hasn't dropped them off yet." If this was a one time thing, I would not care but it's be multiple problems.
