  • Just moved from NYC and have been searching for a decent bagel spot. After trying chains like Brueggers and Einsteins I began to lose hope for a decent bagel shop in this area, until I found this little gem! The bagels are decent (from what understand you can't duplicate NY/NJ bagels or pizza because of the water difference), but best I've found. The cream cheeses are awesome and spot on! Not only are they freshly made but they give you a ton! This is how you spot a NY style bagel shop, there's so much cream cheese you almost have to wipe some off (unless you're a glutton like me and eat every last drop!). Every other place I've tried barely put any cream cheese on the bagel and when I asked for extra they actually charged me! Only suggestions are putting a menu on the wall,, everyone has to grab a takeout menu to see what they offer. You can't see what bagels they have or cream cheeses unless you pick up a menu. I'm guessing this could result in the longer wait times some of the other reviewers mentioned. Also some of the people behind the counter seemed a little clueless and unorganized but everyone was very friendly. I will definitely be back every week!!! Please stay open!
