  • Terrible..........Do not book with them! We booked a flight over Las Vegas 3 weeks in advance. We were called the day of and they canceled our flight due to mechanical reasons. Since we live in Las Vegas we booked for April 11th. I called that day to confirm and was told everything is set. We show up and the office is closed. No one is answering the phone which turns out is a cell phone. While waiting 2 other groups showed up who were also supposed to fly. One of the other couples were also re booked due to maintenance the night before. Long story short no one went up and we never reached them. It was a total waste of time for all of us. I have had a helicopter ride with another company and it was great and everything went smooth. After doing more research it looks like this company has a habit of doing this. Dont risk it book with another company.
