I have frequented this store for the past 7 plus years and have seen it change so much. It used to be under the direction of Kathy, who was an amazing manager; very personable and the store was just a joy to walk into. She would often greet you by name, the stock was continuously rotating, and the prices were awesome.
About two years ago, Kathy retired and the new manager is awful. The volunteer staff is constantly changing, they're often so busy rearranging their stock (which never seems to change from week to week) that they're walking around in front of the shoppers and can't be bothered to say excuse me, prices have gone sky high ($100 for a used 4 drawer dresser? C'mon!), and the friendly feel of the store is gone.
In the world of thrift stores, this one isn't even in the top 20.
