  • I made a reservation 3 months in advance for a party of 16. It was my sister's bachelorette party and we had planned to do this tour and were all looking forward to it. We travelled from Texas to Scottsdale and had planned to attend on a Friday. They e-mailed me the DAY before and cancelled our reservation! They said it was due to "weather issues" but the weather was partly cloudy and beautiful outside. They also said they would refund me but it's been a week and nothing has been processed yet. I've been calling and haven't gotten a call back. I would never try and book with them again. Also, make sure you have a backup plan because even though they take the $600 out of your account you're still not guaranteed anything.
