  • The customer service here is garbage. The workers here all think they're a Kardashian and don't greet you or even interact with their customers. I came here a couple different times just to see if their employees were all the same and a lot of them are. Their store was packed and they all failed to ask if their customers needed help looking for something and when people were attempting to ask questions to the staff as they walked by, I noticed quite a few different employees just zoom right past the customer pretending not to hear or maybe they just weren't paying attention. I came here to buy a pair of flip flops since they're right near the hotel elevators and figured I'd check it out to buy a souvenir for my cousin whose a huge Kardashian fan. There was nothing here but a handful of clothes and flip flops and then some memorabilia from the show with the Kardashian sisters faces on them. Oh, and plenty of copies of their books, too.
