rev:text	Hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Do not stay here at ANY COST. We arrived and were told valet was $35. We were not helped with bags whatsoever, seeing as that we had many of them for the competition. Turns out that valet was 10 dollars more. Unsure as to why. The front desk staff gave us our early check in luckily, but had we known the room condition we would have waited. We arrived in the room to MANY issues. One after the next. The room was filthy. The sheets were unclean. The remote had no batteries. We weren't given any WiFi info. Extremely bummed, we hustled along to the competition. Upon returning to the room we called for new sheets due to the fact we couldn't sleep on used ones that were clearly remade without being changed. And the tv had no service. I called the desk 3 times over a half hour before getting someone who answered saying "is it your tv?" To which I said yes among other things.... she explained Comcast went out and it's not "our fault". Which I understand. But amongst all the other issues, it was just another thing. I asked for the new sheets, which we never got. The Bathroom flooded ALL OVER no matter how we closed the shower curtain. But most importantly the room was just filthy and unbearable. We actually left and tried to find another room, but due to the long competition day, we found it best to just deal. We stayed here assuming it would be the best and most convenient thing for the competition but I was wrong. The hotel truly couldn't have been a bigger letdown. The unsanitary conditions are not acceptable. GROSS!!!!!!
