  • This place works hard to get your money and then when you provide referrals to them and people join....you gotta fight to get your LT bucks. I never got mine. My husband is still trying to get his and our friend even confirmed with the girl at the desk that he was referred by my husband. Still nothing. Then my husband paid for a massage for me on my birthday. He paid in advance. Then they double charged him because they said there was a balance. Here we go again....taking more money that's not yours. Shame on you lifetime fitness. Your gym in nice but your customer service SUCKS!!
