  • I love Mexican food, and this place is not your typical Mexican restaurant. Mestizo offers a different twist on traditional favorites, and I really enjoyed the fact that I didn't need to blow my diet when I ate there! It was fairly empty when we stopped in for lunch on a Saturday and that surprised me given the area. the staff was friendly and attentive. I had a squash blossom quesadilla that was tasty and just the right amount of food. I look forward to going back for dinner sometime.
