  • FRIENDLY***PROFESSIONAL****TIMELY I had a service agreement with another AC company that was not so SMART. They came out in August and said the unit needed to be charged, and then again last week. This time they said I needed to replace the entire unit. I wanted a second opinion so I called Olympic, Dean came out in and worked around my schedule. He was very friendly and professional. Dean looked over the unit and did not see any issues with it. We discussed some options and decided to conduct a full leak check. After doing a leak check they found that my system was fine, but was initially low before they began, which the previous company had supposedly filled. Another interesting thing is Dean's guys used a scale to show how much puron was used, the other company eye balled it. I felt that Dean was very professional, and his prices were reasonable and less than the other big name company. He explained how everything works and gave me options to move forward with. The previous company really wanted to sell me an entire Unit.
