Atmosphere: B+
Overall, I was impressed with Citizen Public House, mainly because of their service. My waiter was awesome, energetic, and fully detailed each course on the menu. I would probably come back for the service more than the food itself.
Sausage of the Day
Very tasty and something I would eat on a cold day. Would be be something I order again? Maybe, I would prefer to see what else Citizen's has to offer.
Crab Cakes
Something I would not order again. Bland, and it tasted ok. Usually Crab cakes wow me. This was like something to fill me up. The waiter did a good job at putting this one in the middle because if this came at the end, I would have been disappointed.
Chopped Salad
This dish saved my food experience at Citizen's. The chopped salad is very comparable to Wildflower's salad. The only exception is that here they add raw tuna. From the the couscous, sunflower seeds, dried corn, it's almost identical. I ate at WIldflower the day after and noticed that the difference was the dressing, Alaskan salmon, feta cheese, cranberries, and adds diced red peppers. The only difference is that this chopped salad porportion is smaller and cost more. I must say it was a nice touch with the raw tuna, good quality!
