  • I lived in a studio at Escondido for a 6 month lease earlier this year, and have recommended it to multiple friends. The location cannot be beat. The amenities are basic, but exactly what you need. The manager was more than accommodating to every request, having any repairs completed or questions answered within an hour or two. To find a comfortable living space in Arcadia at this price point is nearly unheard of - I urge any potential tenants to meet with Monica and check out a unit for themselves.
