  • We are completely satisfied with the pool re-plastering performed by BND Pool Plastering. From the initial visit by Jon to provide a quote to the completion of the project the entire team was helpful and knowledgeable. Jon provided samples of material choices and target tile colors. This was helpful in making decisions. Kim provided a copy of the detailed schedule for each phase of the project and followed up one day prior to the start of each activity. The chip out crew of five arrived on schedule and completed the process in four hours. After completion they removed all of debris and cleaned up the entire area. The plastering crew of five prepped the area by covering the deck and landscaping with plastic to prevent damage. The crew provided suggestions as to the placement of the target tiles and we liked their suggestions better than our initial thoughts. Plastering was completed in five hours and the crew did a thorough cleanup. After several days the final process was the re-installation of the in floor cleaning heads. Throughout the project Jon followed up on each phase of the project and performed the final quality check to ensure our satisfaction. I highly recommend BND Pool Plastering based the performance of the entire team and quality workmanship.
