I had a wonderful massage... 2 hours! I felt like a bowl of jello after. I had a good experience from walking in until check out. Jim was very nice. I was able to get in as a walk in, which I had not even planned on. But I wasn't going to turn that down. However at ck out when I told her the total I wanted on my card she pointed out what the recommended tip was. Honestly, I don't care what the recommendation is, I tip off what my bill is. I may sound cheap. But I don't think it's right for someone to tell me what to tip. Had she not said anything I'd probably been ok. But saying something twice isn't very nice at all. But I will be back... ;). I would recommend a bolster to go under your knees while laying on your back. It really hurt, I did say something and even with his limited English he understood and gave me a pillow, wasn't big enough but it worked. It is a clothes on place, so I recommend wearing a comfy outfit- sports bra, shorts. Don't plan on going out in public after- you'll look like you just woke up- which is a good thing. See ya soon!!!
******* edit: after reading on the website, the reason my lower back was hurting while I was face up was I wasn't at a 3/4 recline. I was fully lied down ... I'll have to remember that for next time.
