So my initial review post I was a very happy client. Had a great experience and even though there were some minor issues, overall I had given this place 5 stars. The issue started towards November of 2017 when I had a terrible experience with only one particular office employee named Jose which after a very callous, short, and rude conversation I had that lasted no more than 2 minutes and refusing to let me speak to anyone else is why I updated my review to 1 star. In that review, I had specifically asked to have upper management reach out to me as I had serious medical concerns/questions regarding the procedure I had and this employee was zero help and in my humble opinion definitely doesn't understand the importance nor the meaning of customer service. Anyways, a couple months later - being several days ago, I get a response on Yelp saying Thank you for your review. I sent a private message restating the above mentioned comments giving the Dr/Owner the opportunity to find out/ask what is wrong and answer my medical questions/concerns, since I was an actual paid in full patient and he was my doctor that performed the procedure on me. It is obviously the Doctor's obligation and responsibility to answer any medical questions/concerns you have with your patients; regardless pre or post op/procedure. The response I got back was shocking... unprofessional and disrespectful to say the least. I have uploaded actual screenshots of our conversation. The scary part? After looking through both bad and filtered reviews - I am not the only patient who has received this sort of similar treatment. Apparently, if you don't leave a good review or have an issue/concern, you are automatically accused as the problem and furthermore told you aren't welcome back to their office. Ive had to look for another podiatrist to assist me because of this doctor's negligence. Do yourselves a favor and go through all good/bad/filtered reviews and read the responses back from the Dr prior to making any decisions.
