rev:text	Pros: So we moved here about two months ago, downgraded from a house strictly for the amenities. Amenities are great always open and available to you. The apartment itself is nicely modeled space wise. Very modern. Office staff have been friendly throughout the whole moving process. Trash pickup at your door is great very convenient especially in these hot months. Cons: We have a dog which we paid a 500 dollar fee to have her swabbed per their policy of finding out if owners aren't picking up their dogs feces. Two months later never had the swabbing done so I think it's safe to say that's a load of feces and they are just robbing pet owners. Biggest issue we have had so far is by far the noise level. We waited months for a first floor apartment and we got one. But you hear EVERYTHING! The people upstairs turning on the shower to them getting up out of a chair. If you don't want to here people you will probably need to live on the 3rd floor. This area of Gilbert has a strong cow smell that is relentless with the heat which lingers on your clothes an hair when you come inside. There are a lot of spiders in our apartment which the management has sprayed for when asked but they are still hanging out. Overall the place is decent which is why I gave these apartments 3 stars, we looked around a lot and they are nicer than most, but pricing is pretty steep for all the cons that we have found. I'm just listing our most debilitating concerns. Hope this review helps you decide:)
