  • Extreme pressure to tip over 50% of service amount. A full on battle with them holding up signs that my 20% tip = "very unhappy" to be "extremely happy" the chart shows $30. Tip on a $50. Service. I had 4 people on me that they only get paid the tips. Not my problem I told them. 20% is a great tip in America and if you don't pay your staff wages other than tips shame on you. Another issue is that it was ice box freezing and very difficult to relax your muscle when you are shivering. I kept asking for a blanket and got hand towels tossed on me.
