  • Very disappointed. I needed 2 tires and an alignment. When I pulled up, I sat in my car for a second to gather my things and then got out of my car and stood around, awkwardly, waiting for the guy who was working to acknowledge me. Yeah, he was helping someone but they were basically just bullshitting. He walked by me quite a few times and I didn't even get a glance or a "Hey, I'll be right with you in a second!" like holy shit, is it that hard? Is it because I'm white? It's beyond awkward when you Oh well. There's other 24 hour tire shops near by. I'm a GREAT tipper - especially to people who have good manners, good customer service and actually do their job. I drove over to Busy Bee tire shop and they took care of me right away.
